Cobras Snatch Road Win Over Benedict

SUMTER, S.C.- Coker men's tennis picked up an 7-2 win versus Benedict College on Friday (Feb. 12).

The doubles tandems of Henrik Hellbe and Simon Bergbom (8-0), Tom Sizeland and Mark Watt (8-2) and Wiliam Marrafao and Felix Schweyer (8-6) each picked up wins to sweep doubles. Bergbom (1-6, 6-3, 10-8), Sizeland (6-1, 6-0), Hellbe (6-3, 6-0) and Schweyer (2-6, 6-0, 10-4) each notched wins at singles.

The Cobras hit the court again next Wednesday (Feb. 17) when they travel to Newberry. The action is slated for a 1:00 p.m. start.
