No. 33 Cobras Fall to Pioneers in Home Finale
The No. 33 Coker men's tennis team dropped its home finale to Tusculum College on Thursday (Apr. 10).
HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The No. 33 nationally ranked Coker men's tennis team fell 8-1 in a South Atlantic Conference match with the Pioneers of Tusculum College on Thursday (Apr. 10).
Picking up the lone win for the Navy and Yellow was senior James Corfield. Corfield pulled out a 6-3, 3-6, 6-1 victory at No. 4 singles in his final home match as a Cobra.
The Cobras will return to action Saturday (Apr. 12) for a SAC showdown with the Tornados of Brevard College. The match is scheduled for a 2 p.m. start.
