MEN'S SOCCER'S TRICKER NAMED D2CCA ALL-AMERICAN
Columbus, OH - After a stellar senior campaign, Matty Tricker has been named a D2CCA Third-Team All-American, released today by the organization!
Tricker, a senior from Ipswich, England, had a season to remember that ended in numerous accolades. Tricker led a backline that permitted just 14 goals in 16 matches on the season which amounts to a stingy 0.88 goals allowed per game. The highlight for Tricker and the Cobras came in the month of October when they gave up just two goals in seven matches, all Coker wins. Offensively, Tricker had two goals and an assist.
Along with being named a Third-Team All-American, Tricker has also been named Second-Team Academic All-American, First-Team Academic All-District, First-Team All-Southeast Region, First-Team All-South Atlantic Conference, and SAC Defensive Player of the Year. He is a well-rounded individual that both the Men's Soccer and Coker communities as a whole will dearly miss following his graduation.
