Cobras Eyeing An Upset Over No. 8 Bulldogs

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College men's soccer team will be back at home on Wednesday (Oct. 7) to take on the visiting No. 8 nationally ranked Wingate University Bulldogs in a South Atlantic Conference matchup. First kick is set for 7 p.m. at the Coker Athletic field, with live stats and video available at www.cokercobras.com.

The Cobras are led by the trio of Ian Fellenz, Aladdin Elfares and Alvaro Urena. Each has two goals this season, with Fellenz also dishing out an assist. In goal, Kyndle Cobb has 36 saves so far this season, which is tied for fourth in the SAC.

The Bulldogs travel to Hartsville sporting an 8-0-2 overall record, a 5-0 in conference record, and the No. 8 national ranking in the latest NSCAA poll. They are led Jon Ander who has six goals and two assists so far this season.

First kick is set for 7 p.m. at the Coker College Athletic field. Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for students and free to all Coker faculty, staff and students.
