Previous to Coker: Barnes is a native of Myrtle Beach, SC where he played lacrosse at Carolina Forest High School. He was named Second-Team All-Lower State along with being an All-Region and All-Grand Strand Selection. He was also named to the South Carolina All-Star South team. Barnes will major in Physical Education here at Coker.
