The Coker College men’s lacrosse team dropped a hard-fought conference game with Tusculum 14-12 on Saturday (Apr. 6).
HARTSVILLE, S.C. - The Coker College men's lacrosse team dropped a hard-fought conference game with Tusculum 14-12 on Saturday (Apr. 6). The Cobras carried a one goal lead into the final quarter before the Pioneers closed strong for the win.
Ethan Irizarry led the Coker attack with a game-high five goals on the day while Matt Murphy was the next highest scorer with a pair of goals. Joe Venazio, Justin Hopkins, Lucas Hediger, Nicholas Maddox, and Andrew Dappen added one goal each. Maddox also dished out a pair of assists and Dappen chipped in with one assist.
The Cobras will be back in action on Wednesday (Apr. 10) when they travel to take on Wingate at 7:00 PM.
