Cobras Fall to No. 15 Crusaders in Non-Conference action

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College men's lacrosse team dropped a non-conference matchup to the visiting No. 15 nationally-ranked Belmont Abbey College Crusaders 16-6 on Wednesday evening (Apr. 6).
Shane Wilson led the way with three goals, while Mike Martiello had one goal and three assists. Garrett Kilgore and Austin Holgate also found the back of the net, while DeShaun Ormond dished out one assist.
Anthony Malik had 18 saves in the loss.
The Cobras will be back in action on Saturday (Apr. 9) when they travel to take on Tusculum College. Opening faceoff is set for 3 p.m.
