GAFFNEY, S.C. – The Coker Cobras scored at least one goal in each quarter, but it was not enough as the No. 3 Limestone Saints defeated the Cobras 16-5 on Wednesday (Mar. 6) in Conference Carolinas men's lacrosse action.
John Bretton, Keith LaClair, Andy Campos, Adam Zinsmeister and Joshua Taylor each scored a goal for the Cobras, while Timothy Smith dished out a pair of assists and Ryan Maurer, Mike Martiello and Campos each had one assist.
Josh Masciarelli and Tim Ryan combined for 15 saves in the net for Coker, with Ryan allowing just one goal.
The Cobras will return home for their next game on Tuesday (Mar. 12) at 5:30 p.m. against conference rival Belmont Abbey.
