HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Brandon Smith of Lenape Valley Regional High School has committed to play lacrosse for the Coker College Cobras during the 2012-13 season.

A defenseman from Stanhope, N.J., Smith is a lacrosse and football letter winner at Lenape Valley Regional. He is a six-time Scholar-Athlete, the Patriot Stick winner and the Patriot Award winner for dedication and effort.

In addition to being a member of the lacrosse team, Smith is an avid reader and a member of his high school robotics team.

The Coker lacrosse team will begin their inaugural season of play on Feb. 10, 2012 at home against Shorter College. The Cobras will play their home games at Byerly Park in Hartsville.
