HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, FL. – Coker College men's golfer Will Bundy is set to participate in the 2016 NCAA Division II South/Southeast Regional Men's Golf Championship Tournament, which begins on Monday (May 2) and will run through Wednesday (May 4).

The 20-team tournament, played at Mission Inn Resort and Club, is also host to eight individual participants.

Bundy comes into the tournament with a 72.74 scoring average on the season, which is tied for No. 43 in all DII men's golf. The All-SAC second team selection had eight top-25 finishes and three top-ten finishes in the 10 tournaments the Navy and Gold played, including taking home the individual title at the 2016 South Atlantic Conference Men's Golf Championship. His best round of the season was a six-under par final round of 66 at the University of North Georgia Invitational. His stellar closing round of 66 is tied for second lowest single round in Coker men's golf history. He is the first men's golfer to qualify for the regional tournament as an individual since 2010-11 season.
