Cobras take down Livingstone 93-80

Salisbury, N.C. - The Coker University men's basketball team defeated Livingstone University 93-80 and moved to 5-1 on Tuesday night (Nov. 22nd), 

Sophomore Guard, Demar Anderson, had a game high 23 points to lead the Cobras. Anderson had help from Jordan Jones (18), Tate Mulkey (17), and Mahmoud Bangura (17).  Jordan Jones led the Cobras with eight assists.  Coker shot 55% from the floor and a season high 52.6% from beyond the three point line.  Coker's defense forced Livingstone to turn the ball over 15 times on the night.  

Livingstone (1-4) was paced by Tean Tiller with 14 points on 5-11 shooting.  

The Cobras will be return to the court on Wednesday (Nov. 30th) at USC Aiken. Game time is set for 7:30 pm.  Live stats and streaming will be available at www.cokercobras.com
