HARTSVILLE, S.C. -- The Coker College men's basketball team fell to Wingate 77-68 in their first South Atlantic Conference contest of the season.

Khalil Halls led the way offensively with 20 points, three assists, and two blocks for the Cobras. Marquis Green chipped in 11 points on three made three-pointers, and LaDarius Williams notched 11 points and six rebounds off the bench. Larry Cooper just missed a double-double with eight points and 12 rebounds on the evening.

The Cobras will be back in action on Thursday (Nov. 29) when they host Limestone. Tipoff is set for 7:00 pm in the DeLoach Center.
