Cobras Drop Hard-Fought Contest To Valkyries

Spartanburg, SC - Coker put up a valiant effort against Converse in their recent match but ultimately fell short with a final score of 3-2. Despite the loss, Coker showcased their determination and skill throughout the game.

The first half of the match remained scoreless, with both teams battling it out on the field. Coker's defense, led by goalkeeper Eve Sekscinski, put up a strong front, denying Converse any scoring opportunities. The Coker offense, led by Cato Bartstra and Wibien Dahmen, also made several attempts on goal but were unable to find the back of the net.

In the second half, Converse managed to break the deadlock with a goal. However, Coker quickly responded with a goal from Dahmen to equalize the score. Bartstra then gave Coker the lead with a goal of her own, showcasing her scoring prowess.
