Rylie Cordrey Named South Atlantic Conference Carolinas AstroTurf Offensive Player of the Week

FULL SOUTH ATLANTIC CONFERENCE CAROLINAS RELEASE

ROCK HILL, S.C. - Coker University sophomore forward Rylie Cordrey has been named the South Atlantic Conference Carolinas AstroTurf Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the league today (Wednesday, Nov. 3).

Cordrey helped Coker to two wins on the final weekend of the regular season with three goals, including a pair of game-winners. Cordrey scored twice in the 3-2 comeback overtime win over Belmont Abbey on Oct. 30, before netting the eventual winner in the 2-1 win over Frostburg State on Oct. 31.

This is Cordrey's first career Player of the Week honor. The Selbyville, Del. native is the daughter of Rebecca and Keith Cordrey, and is a biology major.
