HARTSVILLE, S.C. - The Coker University Esports team faced off against University of Montevallo on Saturday (Feb. 8) in the third match of the Peach Belt Conference.

Game one started off with both junglers ganking the midlane, and Montevallo was able to get the upper hand with a two for one and first blood. Montevallo was then able to use this gold lead to roam around to pick up kills, objectives, and eventually the win. The second game started off in the Cobras favor by getting first blood on Aden Vermeersch and get an early gold lead. A fight around dragon started off in the Cobras favor, but Montevallo was able to capitalize on the extended fight to pick up a few kills. Montevallo was then able to use this lead to win the next couple of team fights to lead to another victory. 

This loss puts the Cobras at 0-3 of the season with twelve games left.
