In game two, both squads were held off of the scoreboard until the fourth inning. The Cobras would add another in the fifth inning when Ashby Vining doubled, moved over to third on an Andrew Scudder sacrifice bunt, and came in to score on Phill Griffor's RBI fielder's choice to make the score 2-0.
Junior Chris Watkins spun a gem on the mound, as he went six scoreless innings only giving up two hits in the process and punching out six Rams batters. Senior Triston Fowler came in for the save in the seventh inning, as he struck out the side to clinch the victory for the Cobras.
