JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. -- The Coker College baseball team dropped their doubleheader to Carson-Newman on Monday (Apr. 22).
Larry McCabe hit his 10th home run of the season, a three-run shot in the first inning of game one, raising his RBI total to a team-leading 41 on the season. McCabe's 10 home runs this year are tied for the second most in a single season in Coker history.
Reilly Hall tallied three hits in game two, while Matt Swiderski added two hits and two RBI.
Jake Moore pitched well in relief in game one, holding the Eagles to just one run in 3.1 innings of relief.
