HARTSVILLE, S.C. -- The Coker College baseball team fell to Lenoir-Rhyne 9-6 in a non-conference contest on Tuesday (Mar. 26).

Larry McCabe, Chase Bruno, and Casey Demko led the way offensively with two hits each. Nick Taylor pitched well in his first action of the season, pitching one inning and allowing just one baserunner while Derek Balbierz struck out two batters in his only inning of work.

Coker will be back in action on Friday (Mar. 29) when they travel to face Tusculum in the first game of a South Atlantic Conference series. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
