HIGH POINT, NC. - Hanna Helms has been chosen as the specialist of the week per the Conference Carolinas Tuesday afternoon. The senior competed as a pyramid specialist in the teams dominant victory over King Saturday night.
Hanna competed as a pyramid specialist Saturday night against King. She helped the Cobras to a 9.5/10 on duo pyramid and a 9.45/10 on open pyramid. She competed as a top performing two different body positions on two different structures. In the Duo Pyramid, Hanna performed a straddle hold on a backbend pyramid and in the Open Pyramid she competed a vertical one man pyramid. This helped Coker to sweep the pyramid event with 28.150, extending the Cobras' win by over 4 points.
The Cobras took down King with a total score of 247.260 Saturday night, moving to 3-0 on the season.
