Cobras Tabbed 3rd In Preseason Poll, Sison, Young, and Hull Chosen To Players To Watch

HARTSVILLE, SC. - Coker was picked 3rd in Wednesday's Conference of Carolinas Preseason Poll as voted on by the coaches around the league. The Cobras who finished 2nd in the regular season a year ago, also saw Olivia Sison, Kayla Young, and Chloe Hull tabbed on the players to watch team. 

Olivia Sison: Olivia competed in six heats and Team Event as a top & tumbler. She was the first athlete at Coker to complete a double full toss. Her highest score of the season was a 9.75/9.9 in the Open Toss heat. She also competed in the Aerial Tumbling heat with a highlight score of 9.225/9.5. Other heats she competed in include Compulsory Toss, Compulsory Tumbling, Six Element Acro and Duo Toss.

Kayla Young: Kayla competed in eleven heats and Team Event as a base & tumbler. She has contributed to eleven scores of 9.7 or above including two scores of 9.7/9.95 in Five Element Acro and two scores of 9.85/10 in Open Pyramid. Other heats she competed in include Compulsory Acro, Compulsory Pyramid, Compulsory Toss, Compulsory Tumbling, Seven Element Acro, Duo Pyramid, 450 Salto Toss, Duo Toss and Quad Tumbling.

Chloe Hull: Chloe competed in eight heats and Team Event as a base & tumbler. She contributed to eight scores of 9.7 or higher last season including a 9.75/9.9 in Open Toss, a 9.7/9.8 in Inversion pyramid, and two 9.7/9.95s in Five Element Acro. Other heats she competed in include Compulsory Acro, Compulsory Pyramid, Compulsory Toss, Duo Toss and Open Pyramid.

Coker is set to kick off their season on February 7th at Emmanuel.
