The match began with the compulsory heats, where both teams showcased their skills in acrobatics, pyramids, tosses, and tumbling. The Converse started strong, earning a total of 35.70 points, while the Cobras were close behind with 36.75 points. The competition was fierce, with both teams performing flawlessly in the compulsory events.

As the competition moved to the acro heats, the Converse continued to impress with their intricate and daring routines. Their first element, a 5-element acro heat, earned them a score of 7.45, while Coker scored 9.70. The gap between the teams narrowed, but the Cobras managed to maintain their lead and ended the acro heats with a score of 28.00, compared to the Converse's 23.15.

In the pyramid heats the Cobras showed their strength and synchronization, earning them high scores. The home team ended the pyramid heats with a score of 28.00.

Next came the toss heats, where both teams showcased their ability to throw and catch their teammates in impressive displays of strength and agility. Coker scored a total of 25.85. The Cobras's skill and precision in the toss heats helped them maintain their lead.

The tumbling heats were a highlight of the competition, with both teams displaying their prowess in flips, twists, and jumps. Converse's duo pass earned them a score of 8.700, while the Coker scored 7.550. However, the Cobras made a comeback in the trio pass, earning a score of 8.300, compared to Converse's 7.800.
