During her time at Wells, she led the Division III program to two (2015, 2016) North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) tournament championships and was named the conference's Coach of the Year in 2016. Lind also led Wells to a regular season conference championship in 2016. In all, she coached six NEAC All-Conference selections and ten NEAC Player's of the Week.
