Bio

Patrick comes to Coker from Motlow State Community College, where he was the Interim Head Coach of the men's team this past season. He also spent the previous season (23-24) with them as the Assistant Coach/Offensive Coordinator. In his two years with the program, he aided in the development of four All-Conference athletes, one of whom signed to the NCAA DI level. His 24-25 team at Motlow State led the Tennessee Community College Athletic Association (TCCAA) in three-pointers made, three-pointers attempted, and three-point percentage, while also being fourth in points per game and having two of the top five scorers in the conference on the roster. Along with leading the TCCAA in these categories, he also led all of NJCAA Region VII. He carries a large emphasis on offensive style, specifically the three-point shot.

Prior to his time with Motlow State, Patrick spent the 22-23 season as the Assistant Coach/Offensive Coordinator of Coahoma CC women's basketball. In his lone season with the program, he had two players who made the All-Conference team, one of whom signed to a DI program. Before that season, he stepped into the world of college athletics as a Women's Basketball Player Development/Operations Intern at Tennessee State in the 21-22 season, where he aided in the development of All-Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) Second Team and OVC Freshman of the Year Gia Adams.

Patrick started his coaching journey at Maplewood High School, where he was the Assistant Boys Basketball Coach from 2018-22. Before that, he was a student-athlete at Motlow State (2014-16) and Lane College (2016-18).

Patrick holds an Associate Degree in General Studies from Motlow State, a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Lane College, and a Master of Arts in Sport Administration from Tennessee State.
