Curtis Cole began his first year as an assistant coach with the Coker University Women's Softball team in 2023.
Cole has been coaching travel softball since 2008 and has been the Knockouts Organization Director since 2014. He has been a member of the NFCA since 2015 and has served on the NFCA mentoring committee since 2020. Cole has helped many athletes pursue softball at the next level and placed athletes at all levels of collegiate play. He was an assistant softball coach for Cabarrus County Schools from 2012 to 2023.
Cole is a 2003 graduate of NC State University with B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. He is currently the Director of Lifecycle Services for Emerson’s Power and Water Solutions division. He has a grandson, Wilson, to his oldest daughter, Emily and husband, Colby. He resides in Mount Pleasant, NC, with his wife, Kelly and youngest daughter, Courtney.
