HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College softball player Tayler Barcomb was voted the SPC Credit Union Student-Athlete of the Month for February 2017. 

Barcomb helped guide the Cobras to a 15-3 record during the month of February.  At the end of February, she led the South Atlantic Conference in RBIs with 25 and doubles with 10. She ranked second in runs scored with 22, fourth in stolen bases with 8, sixth in hits with 26 and ninth with a .441 batting average. Her month was highlighted by a pair of five-RBI games in wins over Augusta and St. Andrews.

After four games in March, Barcomb still leads the SAC in RBIs with 28 and doubles with 11. She ranks third in runs scored with 23, fifth in hits with 31 and in top 15 in stolen bases and batting average.
