2011: Sanders was one of the Cobra's top runners in 2011, posting a season best time of 22:13 at the Conference Carolinas Championship.
High School: Seven-time letter winner at Union County High School, Sanders was a All-Region cross country and soccer selection. She was also a member of the National Honor Society and the National Art Honor Society.
