Cobras Compete in 5k at 2018 VertCross Invitational

KERNERSVILLE, N.C. – The Coker College women's cross country team traveled to Kernersville, N.C. to compete in the 2018 VertCross Invitational on Friday (Oct. 12).

Allanah Rauschenberger led the way for the navy and gold, finishing with a 5k time of 22:06.00. Breanna Sullivan was a close second for Coker, at 22:39.73, while Olivia Jordan came in third on the team at 23:27.80. The team finished 15th overall with 467 points, easily beating North Carolina Wesleyan (520), William Peace (530), and Claflin (539).

Coker will be back in action on Saturday, Nov. 3 when they travel to Anderson, S.C. for the South Atlantic Conference Championships.
