Coker College Women's Cross Country Dominates at Carolina Challenge

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Coker College women's cross country team took the top three spots, and finished first overall amongst DII teams at the Carolina Challenge on Saturday (Sept. 1).

Breanna Sullivan led the way for the Cobras with a time of 22:08.4, while Chauntress Like and freshman Allanah Rauschenberger followed closely behind for second and third place respectively. Olivia Jordan rounded out the top five with a time of 23:36.2.

The Cobras recorded a total score of 25, easily defeating Benedict (48), Claflin (70), and Paine (73).

Coker will be back in action on Sept. 15 when they travel to Rock Hill, South Carolina for the Winthrop/Adidas Invitational.
