HARTSVILLE, S.C. -- The Coker College women's volleyball team dropped a South Atlantic Conference match to the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters 3-1 (21-25, 25-19, 14-25, 15-25) on Friday (Nov. 2).

The Cobras honored five seniors, Chloe Attram, Cayley Gunter, Olivia Veith, Arianne Jewell, and Kara Overholt for Senior Night before the game. Veith and Overholt had especially good nights, as Veith racked up nine kills and Overholt dished out four assists with 25 digs on the evening.

A trio of freshmen led the way offensively though, with Olivia Cerick recording a double-double with 14 kills and 12 digs, Lana Strejcek with eight kills, four blocks, and six digs, and Rami Mullen notching her 20th double-double of the season behind 35 assists and 15 digs.

The Cobras will be back in action on Saturday (Nov. 3), potentially with a trip to the South Atlantic Conference Championships on the line. The Cobras will need to beat Tusculum, and for Newberry to upset the Catawba Indians in order to make the postseason. Game time against the Pioneers is set for 2 p.m. in the DeLoach Center.
