Cobras Drop SAC Match at Catawba

SALISBURY, N.C.- The Coker women's volleyball team traveled north to take on Catawba College in a South Atlantic Conference match on Tuesday (Nov. 7) night. The Cobras lost the match 3-0 (25-20, 25-20, 25-20).

Taylor du Bray had a team-high 18 kills on the evening, while adding 10 digs. Christen Bragg had a game-high 36 assists, while also having three kills and 10 digs. Alexis Berles knocked down seven kills and assisted on three blocks. Madison Bingle had three block assists as well, and contributed 12 digs to the Cobra cause. Bethany Prochnow finished with six kills and one dig, while Annie Mansfield came up with four kills and two digs. Missy Reid ended the night with 12 digs and Kara Overholt had the team-high 15 digs.

The Cobras totalled 41 kills, 41 assists, 62 digs, six block assists, and three service aces.

The Navy and Gold return to North Carolina for their regular season finale as they battle the Bears of Lenoir-Rhyne on Saturday (Nov. 11) at 2:00 p.m.
