Women's Volleyball Adds Two in 2017-18 Recruiting Class

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College women's volleyball team added two members to their 2017-18 recruiting class by signing Payton Jackson and Annie Mansfield.

Jackson joins the Navy and Gold from McKinney North High School located in McKinney, Texas. She was a two-time All-District 10-5A selection and the captain of the McKinney North High School women's volleyball team in 2016.

In addition to her success on the court, Jackson excelled in the classroom being named to the Academic All-District 10-5A team three times. She was also a member of the National Honor Society and the Superintendent of the Student Government Association.

Annie Mansfield joins the Cobras from First Academy, Leesburg. Mansfield was a four-year letterman in women's volleyball and was a District champion in 2014 and 2016. In addition, Mansfield was named the Most Valuable Player in 2014. She also earned a place on her school's Honor Roll and was a member of the Hispanic Honor Society Interact Club.
