Cobras Drop SAC Match to Royals

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College women's volleyball team fell to the Queens University Royals 3-0 Tuesday (Nov. 1) evening in South Atlantic Conference play.

Alexis Berles led the attack for the Cobras with seven kills and Christen Bragg contributed by dishing out 14 assists. On the defensive side of the ball, Kara Overholt notched a team-high 18 digs. Sierra Harvey continued her solid defensive play with a team-best three total blocks.

The Cobras will be back in action this Friday (Nov. 4) when they travel to Lenoir-Rhyne to take on the Bears at 7 p.m. Coker met Lenoir-Rhyne earlier this season on Oct. 1 and the Cobras came away with a 3-1 victory in the DeLoach Center.
