Cobras Set to Host Indians in SAC Battle

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker women's volleyball team will host the Catawba College Indians on Tuesday (Sept. 23) in South Atlantic Conference action. First serve is set for 7 p.m. in the DeLoach Center, with live coverage available on www.cokercobras.com.

Freshman Madison Bingle continues to be an all-around threat for the Cobras, with a team-leading 70 kills and 72 digs. Freshman Christen Bragg has also been stellar for the Navy and Yellow, compiling 267 assists, which is good for eighth in the SAC.

The Indians enter the match 2-6 overall and 0-3 in conference play. Alex Hopper leads the team with 71 kills, while Kaytee Frabotta and Taylor Houser pace the offense and defense with 182 assists and 80 digs, respectively.

Tickets for the match are $5 for adults, $3 for students and free to all Coker faculty, staff and students. Doors open at 6 p.m.
