COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Coker College women's track and field put on an impressive two-day display at the Gamecock Inaugural on Friday (Jan. 18) and Saturday (Jan. 19).

Lauren Mustapher started the competition off by recording a second-place finish in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.86, narrowly missing the winning time of 7.83.

Trinity White kept the momentum going for the Cobras, posting the second-fastest 400-meter dash time in Coker history with a time of 1:00.17. White set the school record in the 600-meter dash just last week at the JDL January College Kick-Off.

Several runners posted personal bests over the weekend, including Breanna Sullivan who ran the 800-meter in 2:31, and White, who ran the 200-meter in a personal best time of 26:46.

The Cobras ended the weekend in style, with White, Mustapher, Angel Gale, and Syriah Lottimore notching the second-fastest 1600 relay time in Coker history with a combined time of 4:08.52.

Coker will be back in action next weekend when they travel to Winston-Salem again for the JDL College Dual Meet Madness.
