RALEIGH, N.C.- Darroneshia Lott competed for the Coker College women's track and field team on Saturday, March 31, and claimed an individual title, while breaking the Coker record in the women's 800-meter.
Lott ran the women's 800-meter at the Raleigh Relays on Saturday, eclipsing her own mark in the event, speeding to an Individual Title in 2:06.21, outrunning numerous Division I runners.
Lott's time sets a new Coker record and places her with the second-fastest 800-meter time in all of Division II runners.
Her efforts in the 1500-meter on Friday (March 30), where the Pensacola, Fla. claimed the fifth-best Division II time at 4:25.72.
Coker's next event will be at the Gamecock Invitational in Columbia, S.C. on Saturday, April 7.
