Tamara McMichael set a new program record in the women's hammer throw, while four other Cobras advance to Saturday's (March 10) finals.

Tamara McMichael now owns the Coker record in the hammer throw, after tossing a distance of 111'.25" on Friday. The throw beat the previous record of 99' 10" set back in 2016 by Erin Chan.
