Cobra Women Win Third Straight

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker women's tennis team picked up their third consecutive victory on Sunday (March 3) defeating King University 7-2 in Conference Carolinas action. The win improves the Cobras record to 4-3 overall and 2-0 in league play.

Jessi Campos and Casey Altman got the match started with an 8-3 in at No. 2 doubles.

In singles play, Danielle Chipe was victorious at No. 1 with scores of 6-2, 6-0. Campos earned her second victory of the match at No. 3 singles, winning 6-1, 6-0 and Brittanny Yando earned a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 4. 

The Cobras will play their third match in as many days on Monday (March 4) at 2:30 p.m. against the Barton College Bulldogs at Coker.
