HARTSVILLE, S.C.- Coker College midfielder Anna Vig was named to the All-SAC honorable mention team, the South Atlantic Conference announced today.
The junior, started in 13 games, leading the team in goals (8) and points (16). She tallied one game-winning goal against Catawba (Sept. 26) on the year and scored on her only penalty kick attempt of the season. She netted a hat trick against Chowan (Oct. 14) and scored in six games. Vig finished tied for 10th in the South Atlantic Conference in goals scored.
Vig is a native of Spjaid, Denmark majoring in communications. She is the daughter of Vita and Jorden Vig.
