Women’s Soccer Set to Host Pioneers on Senior Day

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College women's soccer team will be back at home on Saturday (Oct. 25) for its regular season finale against the Tusculum College Pioneers. Kickoff is slated for 1:30 p.m.

The Cobras are battling for a spot in the conference tournament and a win Saturday could clinch a berth. The trio of Jordan Roy, Jenna Pacyna and Trah Monroe lead the Navy and Yellow with three goals apiece. Defensively, senior goalkeeper Lizz Morris leads Coker. Morris' 165 saves on the season are tops in all of NCAA Division II, the SAC and fourth among all divisions.

The Pioneers come to Hartsville with an 8-6-1 overall record and an even 4-4 conference mark. Taylor Lewis who has seven goals and two assists on the season leads Tusculum's offense.

The senior quintet of Morris, Monroe, Cassie Callahan, April White and Erica Snyder will be honored at the conclusion of Saturday's match.  

Gates open at 12:30 p.m., with tickets for the match being $5 for adults, $3 for students and free to all Coker faculty, staff and students.
