Cobras End Season With 1-0 Win Over Brevard

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker women's soccer team ended their 2013-14 regular season with a 1-0 SAC win over Brevard College on Saturday (Nov. 2) at the Coker Soccer Field.

The Cobras struck first just three minutes into the game, when Jenna Pacyna landed a header off a corner kick from Cassandra Ordonez to take a 1-0 lead.  The Coker defense would then preserve the victory by shutting out the Tornados for the remainder of regulation.

Lizz Morris recorded her sixth shutout of the year, and added six saves to her nation leading total of 156.

The night was not only special because the Cobras ended the season with a win, but because they also honored their lone senior Rachel Solomon at halftime of the men's game.
