Coker Set to Host North Greenville

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – With the end of the regular season coming to a close, the Coker women's soccer team is looking to push through their last three Conference Carolinas match ups of the season, with their next task coming against visiting North Greenville on Wednesday (Oct. 17).   The game will be available for live broadcast at www.cokercobras.com

The Cobras have had strong play at home for most of the season, and have not lost in front of a home crowd in over a month.  Their most recent victory came on Saturday (Oct. 13) when they defeated Erskine 2-0.

Lizz Morris continues to wreak havoc for opposing offenses with 124 saves on the year, which is good enough to rank her at second in the nation in saves.  Kelley Godbout leads the Cobra offense with six goals on the year, followed by Jalynn Fortt with three.

North Greenville is coming off a tough 2-1 loss against Queens University.  The Crusaders are 0-11-1 on the season with a conference record of 0-8-1.

The stanza will begin at 4:30 p.m., at the Coker Soccer Field.
