Coker Women Earn NSCAA Team Academic Award

The Coker women's soccer team has earned the NSCAA Team Academic Award for the 2010-11 academic year.

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College women's soccer team joined an elite group of collegiate women's soccer programs this week as winners of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Team Academic Award.

The Cobra women are one of 572 collegiate women's soccer programs to receive the award for the 2010-11 academic year. Teams must post a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher in order to qualify. Coker's team GPA was 3.31.
