Women's Lacrosse Adds Two

HARTSVILLE, S.C.- Coker women's lacrosse Head Coach Chelsea Kent announced Kaitlyn Driskell and Madison Hendrix have agreed to play as members of the 2016-17 recruiting class.

Driskell, a midfielder and Orlando, Fla. native, was captain of the Boone High School girls' lacrosse team her junior and senior year. She played varsity lacrosse all four years and was a member of the U.S. National Team. She also ran cross country for the Indians.

Driskell is the daughter of Kim and Tim Driskell and is currently undecided on a major.

Hendrix, a Cornelius, N.C. native, played midfield for the William Amos Hough High School girls' lacrosse team. She was a four-year varsity midfielder for the Huskies, including being a captain as a senior. She was also a member of the sport leadership athlete symposium.

Driskell is the daughter of Clay and Sarah Hendrix and plans to study Communications.
