Cobras Fall to No. 13 Tars in Non-Conference Action

WINTER PARK, FLA. – The Coker women's lacrosse team suffered a 18-5 loss to the nationally ranked No. 13 Rollins College Tars on Tuesday (Mar. 10) afternoon.

Leading the Cobra offense was Claudia Jenkins with two goals, four ground balls and three caused turnovers. Makenzie Baker, Marabeth Durden and Shannon Jessop each added one goal apiece. Defensively, Kaitlyn Vela made 10 saves in 60 minutes of action.

Coker will conclude its Florida road trip with a matchup with Florida Tech on Wednesday (Mar. 11). The non-conference match is slated for a 7:30 p.m. start.
