Coker's High-Powered Offense Welcomes LMU to Town for SAC Tilt

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker women's lacrosse team will look to improve on its 3-1 home record on Saturday (Mar. 7), when it hosts South Atlantic Conference foe Lincoln Memorial Univesity. The conference matchup will take place at Byerly Park, with live stats and broadcast available at www.cokercobras.com.

The Cobras (3-2, 1-1 SAC) come into the game with one of the top offenses in the SAC with 91 points on 67 goals (3rd) and 24 assists (4th). Freshman Claudia Jenkins leads the conference with 17 goals and has added three assists for a league-best 20 points. Haley McCusker's 17 points on 10 goals and seven assists ranks her fourth in the SAC, while Mackenzie Baker ranks ninth in the conference with 16 points on 11 goals and five assists. Danielle Holcomb rounds out the top ten with 15 points on 11 goals and four assists.

The Railsplitters enter the game 0-1 and are led offensively by Autumn Beddington and Bre'Asia James with one goal each.

The game is set to begin at 1 p.m. at Byerly Park.
