HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker women's lacrosse team will take the field this Wednesday and Thursday (Mar. 19-20) against Kutztown University and Edinboro University in two non conference competitions.  A live video webcast of the game will be available at www.cokercobras.com.

Leading the way for the Cobras offensively will be forwards Mackenzie Baker, Hayley Ferone and Danielle Holcomb.  Baker leads the squad with 17 goals on the year along with 34 draw controls.  Ferone is the second leading scorer on the team with 14 goals, but is tied for most assists on the team with seven.  Danielle Holcomb has tallied 10 goals this season, and has the highest shooting percentage of any goal scorer with 93.8 percent. 

The Golden Bears of Kutztown are coming off an 11-5 loss to Georgian Court in their most recent competition.  The offense is lead by Jillian Spencer, who heads the squad with five goals on the year and six draw controls.

Edinboro is coming off a 19-2 win over Alderson Broaddus in their most recent competition.  Alex Healey is the go-to forward for the Fighting Scots with a team leading six goals on the year.  Cydney Hrycko is also an offensive factor as she is close behind Healey with four goals of her own.   

Game number one against Kutztown will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while game number two against Edinboro will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
