Women's Golf Confident Heading into South Atlantic Conference Championship

HARTSVILLE, S.C.- The Coker College women's golf program will head to the Members Club at Woodcreek Farms in Columbia, S.C. Sunday – Tuesday, April 15 – 17 to contend in the 2018 South Atlantic Conference Championship. 

In their last tournament, the Navy and Gold finished tied-for-third at the Cherokee Valley Women's Invitational with a team score of 667. Angela Luna led the way with rounds of 79 and 80, finishing third overall in individual play, her highest placement for the 2017-18 season.

Ana Orlov and Kelli Smith placed within one shot of each other with two-round scores of 167 and 168 respectively.

Margaret Mills and Taylor Mayers rounded out the Cherokee Valley Women's Invitational with rounds of 84 and 88, collecting tournament scores of 173 and 180.

The 2018 South Atlantic Conference Women's Golf Championship will be played Sunday – Tuesday, April 15 – 17 at the Members Club at Woodcreek Farms in Columbia, S.C. Live-scoring and results from the tournament can be found by visiting www.cokercobras.com.
