SUNSET BEACH, N.C.- With the conclusion of play at Panther's Run Golf Club, the Coker College women's golf team finished 11th at the Myrtle Beach Intercollegiate with a combined team score of 645 (+69) on Tuesday (Oct. 3).
Ana Orlov took charge in the second round for the Cobras, firing a 76 with a birdie on the 18th to cap off the tournament. Orlov shot an 83 on Monday (Oct. 2) to secure a 36-hole total of 159. Angela Luna finished three shots back of Orlov, shooting 162 for both days.
Amber Winburn played alongside Luna, as she tallied three birdies in the second round to wrap up the tournament with a 36-hole total of 162.
The next tournament for the Cobras will be Monday and Tuesday Oct. 9-10, at the Patsy Randleman Invitational at the Country Club of Salisbury in Salisbury, N.C.
