Coker Women’s Golf Ready for SAC Championship

SIEVERVILLE, TENN – The Coker College women's golf team will be back on the course on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (Apr. 12-14) for the South Atlantic Conference Championship tournament being held at the Highlands Course at Sevierville Golf Club, in Sevierville, Tenn.

The Cobras made a historic run last season, notching a runner-up finish in the SAC Championship tournament. 

The Navy and Yellow are led by the All-Conference duo of Taylor Demby and Angela LunaDemby, a first-team All-SAC selection has a 78.5 scoring average so far this season. She finished third in last season's SAC Championship. Luna, an honorable mention All-SAC selection has a 78.9 scoring average on the season thus far. Mallory Thompkins comes in with an 81.5 scoring average in 10 rounds of action. Taylor Gaskins has compiled an 88.2 season scoring average through 11 rounds. Tensley Clowser rounds things out for the traveling five with a 93.6 scoring average on the season. 

Tee times will begin Sunday (Apr. 12) morning at the Highlands Course at Sevierville Golf Club
