Two Place Inside Top 15 at Kenneth Giles NSU Invitational

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Coker University men's track and field team completed competition at the Kenneth Giles Norfolk State University Invitational on Friday (Feb. 12). The Cobras had a strong showing with two men placing inside the top 15 while competing against individuals from several division one programs. 

Murishi Irankunda placed sixth in the triple jump for Coker, with a mark of 13.60m. 

In the 400m dash, Mahari Greene placed 11th with a time of 51.87 for Coker. 

The Cobras are back in action again Friday (Mar. 19) when they travel to Myrtle Beach, S.C. to compete in the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational. Live coverage can be found at cokercobras.com
